Our Story
Bill and Debbie Gibbs have been wine lovers for a long time, with their favorite wine region and wines evolving to be Paso Robles. Bill started and grew his own CAM software company, achieving enough success to allow Debbie and Bill to indulge in their love of Paso wines.
In 2011, Bill and Debbie acquired the 30 acre Heart Stone Vineyard, supplier to Saxum Vineyards for their Heart Stone Vineyard single vineyard designate (SVD) wine.
In 2013 they got help from Justin Smith of Saxum to select the 88 acre property previously known as the Gravity Hill Vineyard, and develop it into the G2 Vineyard. In 2022 the neighbor parcel to the east was added, bringing G2 up to about 152 acres of land.
2022 they acquired G2 North, 80 acres with a vacation rental house.
